Support through changing needs

The person comes before the condition.

Families may be exploring care alongside dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, surgery recovery, or hospice and palliative care arrangements.

We can discuss non-medical assistance with daily living, companionship, and personal care. Medical treatment, nursing, therapy, and clinical tasks belong with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Specific services, care arrangements, and staffing availability are discussed with our team.

Questions about care

Let’s make things clearer.

Can we arrange just the support we need?

We’ll talk through your loved one’s routines and the support or schedule you’re considering. Our team can explain the available care options, staffing, and rates before you decide on a plan.

Are medication reminders medical care?

Medication reminders are a form of non-medical daily living support. They do not mean prescribing, administering medication, or providing medical treatment.

How do we find out about rates?

Please contact our team to discuss your situation and request current rate information. Your initial consultation is free. Care starts at a minimum of 20 hours per week.

A comfortable first step

Let’s talk about what would help.

You don’t need to have every detail figured out. Start with a conversation about your loved one and the support you’re looking for.
